The Commandment of Tithing

The Commandment of Tithing

Regarding the subject of tithing, God had much to say about it, as to the why, how, when and the purpose. However, the purpose or reason for the tithe is one of the most abused and twisted of God’s commandments. So, let us focus on this point of tithing.

For by the Lord’s command the tribe Levi was set aside unto the Lord to servw3e Him and His people in all His commandments. Of Which Aron was a leader and of which God called him to and his family to be the first priest of God. And unto this was the tithe of the Hebrews established to support God’s Priest and House for His work among the people.

Numbers 18:20-21 (KJV)
20  And the LORD spoke unto Aaron, Thou shalt have no inheritance in their land, neither shalt thou have any part among them: I am thy part and thine inheritance among the children of Israel.
21  And, behold, I have given the children of Levi all the tenth in Israel for an inheritance, for their service which they serve, even the service of the tabernacle of the congregation.`

And so, the tithe unto the Church, the tabernacle, God’s House of Prayer and His Priest and servants unto His House was established. And is done even unto all generations, that the people should tithe, support the House of God, His Priest and servants, and all the works of God through the Church, the Assembly, the people, the Body of Christ.

And what is all the work of God’s House, Priest and servants?

Matthew 28:18-20 (KJV)
18  And Jesus came and spoke unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
19  Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20  Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Sins of the Father

Sins of the Father

As written, everyone is responsible for their own sins.

Exodus 20:5-6 (KJV)
5  Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
6  And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.

Ezekiel 18:10-20 (KJV)
10  If he beget a son that is a robber, a shedder of blood, and that doeth the like to any one of these things,
11  And that doeth not any of those duties, but even hath eaten upon the mountains, and defiled his neighbour’s wife,
12  Hath oppressed the poor and needy, hath spoiled by violence, hath not restored the pledge, and hath lifted up his eyes to the idols, hath committed abomination,
13  Hath given forth upon usury, and hath taken increase: shall he then live? he shall not live: he hath done all these abominations; he shall surely die; his blood shall be upon him.
14  Now, lo, if he beget a son, that seeth all his father’s sins which he hath done, and considereth, and doeth not such like,
15  That hath not eaten upon the mountains, neither hath lifted up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, hath not defiled his neighbour’s wife,
16  Neither hath oppressed any, hath not withholden the pledge, neither hath spoiled by violence, but hath given his bread to the hungry, and hath covered the naked with a garment,
17  That hath taken off his hand from the poor, that hath not received usury nor increase, hath executed my judgments, hath walked in my statutes; he shall not die for the iniquity of his father, he shall surely live.
18  As for his father, because he cruelly oppressed, spoiled his brother by violence, and did that which is not good among his people, lo, even he shall die in his iniquity.
19  Yet say ye, Why? doth not the son bear the iniquity of the father? When the son hath done that which is lawful and right, and hath kept all my statutes, and hath done them, he shall surely live.
20  The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.

Watchman and Brother’s Keeper

Watchman and Brother’s Keeper

God makes Ezekiel a watchman for Israel

Ezekiel 3:16-21 (NKJV)
16 Now it came to pass at the end of seven days that the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
17 “Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel; therefore hear a word from My mouth, and give them warning from Me:

18 When I say to the wicked, ‘You shall surely die,’ and you give him no warning, nor speak to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life, that same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at your hand.

19 Yet, if you warn the wicked, and he does not turn from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but you have delivered your soul.

20 Again, when a righteous man turns from his righteousness and commits iniquity, and I lay a stumbling block before him, he shall die; because you did not give him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he has done shall not be remembered; but his blood I will require at your hand.

21 Nevertheless if you warn the righteous man that the righteous should not sin, and he does not sin, he shall surely live because he took warning; also, you will have delivered your soul.”

God tell Ezekiel we are our own watchman, one for another.

Ezekiel 33
  1Again the word of the Lord came to me, saying, 2“Son of man, speak to the children of your people, and say to them: ‘When I bring the sword upon a land, and the people of the land take a man from their territory and make him their watchman, 3when he sees the sword coming upon the land, if he blows the trumpet and warns the people, 4then whoever hears the sound of the trumpet and does not take warning, if the sword comes and takes him away, his blood shall be on his own head.

5He heard the sound of the trumpet but did not take warning; his blood shall be upon himself. But he who takes warning will save his life. 6But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet, and the people are not warned, and the sword comes and takes any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at the watchman’s hand.’

7“So you, son of man: I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel; therefore, you shall hear a word from My mouth and warn them for Me.

This is confirmed in the New Covenant of Christ.
Matthew 18:15-20 (KJV)
15 Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. 16 But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. 17 And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man (Gentile, Non-Believer) and a publican (tax collector).

18 Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. 19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.

20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

We are responsible for each other, to help one another.

John 15:12-13 (KJV)

12  This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.

13  Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

Ezekiel 18:4-9 (KJV)
4  Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die.

5  But if a man be just, and do that which is lawful and right, 6  And hath not eaten upon the mountains, neither hath lifted up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, neither hath defiled his neighbour’s wife, neither hath come near to a menstruous woman, 7  And hath not oppressed any, but hath restored to the debtor his pledge, hath spoiled none by violence, hath given his bread to the hungry, and hath covered the naked with a garment; 8  He that hath not given forth upon usury, neither hath taken any increase, that hath withdrawn his hand from iniquity, hath executed true judgment between man and man,

9  Hath walked in my statutes, and hath kept my judgments, to deal truly; he is just, he shall surely live, saith the Lord GOD.

Priest Bishop and Deacon in the New Covenant of Christ

Priest Bishop and Deacon in the New Covenant of Christ

Now we see the understanding of what a Bishop and Deacon is and their position in the House of God, the Fellowship of the Spiritual and Physical Body of Christ. Let us see and understand God’s commandment about them.

The first thing we can see is that we no longer have Priests that is ordained by man. But now One High Priest in the order of Melchisedec, ordained by God and Confirmed by the Word, over all of God’s House, over all of the fellowship of the Body of Christ.

Hebrews 5:8-10 (KJV)
8  Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered; 9  And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him; 10  Called of God an high priest after the order of Melchisedec.

Hebrews 7:14-28 (KJV)
14 For it is evident that our Lord sprang out of Juda; of which tribe Moses spoke nothing concerning priesthood. 15 And it is yet far more evident: for that after the similitude of Melchisedec there arises another priest, 16  Who is made, not after the law of a carnal commandment, but after the power of an endless life.

17 For he testified, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec. 18 For there is verily a disannulling of the commandment going before for the weakness and profitableness thereof.

19 For the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did; by the which we draw nigh unto God. 20  And inasmuch as not without an oath he was made priest: 21  (For those priests were made without an oath; but this with an oath by him that said unto him, The Lord swore and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec:)

22  By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament. 23 And they truly were many priests, because they were not suffered to continue by reason of death: 24  But this man, because he continues ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood.

25 Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever lives to make intercession for them. 26  For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens; 27  Who needed not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people’s: for this he did once, when he offered up himself.

28 For the law makes men high priests which have infirmity; but the word of the oath, which was since the law, makes the Son, who is consecrated for evermore.

Greek Strong’s Number: 1985 Bishop

Greek Word: ἐπίσκοπος  Transliteration: episkopos

English Words used in KJV:

bishop 6, overseer 1

a superintendent, i.e. Christian officer in general charge of a (or the) church (literal or figurative) :- bishop, overseer.

1 Timothy 3:1-7 (KJV)
1 This is a true saying, If a man desire the office of a bishop, he desires a good work. 2  A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behavior, given to hospitality, apt to teach; 3  Not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous; 4  One that rules well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity; 5  (For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?)

6 Not a novice, lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil. 7 Moreover he must have a good report of them which are without; lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.

Titus 1:6-9 (KJV)
6 If any be blameless, the husband of one wife, having faithful children not accused of riot or unruly.
7  For a bishop must be blameless, as the steward of God; not self-willed, not soon angry, not given to wine, no striker, not given to filthy lucre;
8  But a lover of hospitality, a lover of good men, sober, just, holy, temperate;
9  Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers.

Greek Strong’s Number: 1249 Deacon

Greek Word: διάκονος Transliteration: diakonos

English Words used in KJV:

minister 20, servant 8, deacon 3

 an attendant, i.e. (genitive) a waiter (at table or in other menial duties); specially a Christian teacher and pastor (technically a deacon or deaconess) :- deacon, minister, servant.

1 Timothy 3:8-12
8 Likewise must the deacons be grave, not double-tongued, not given to much wine, not greedy of filthy lucre;
9  Holding the mystery of the faith in a pure conscience.
10 And let these also first be proved; then let them use the office of a deacon, being found blameless.
11 Even so must their wives be grave, not slanderers, sober, faithful in all things.
12 Let the deacons be the husbands of one wife, ruling their children and their own houses well.
13 For they that have used the office of a deacon well purchase to themselves a good degree, and great boldness in the faith which is in Christ Jesus.

Now as we saw the office of Deacon can be divided into the gifts of Christ (Holy Spirit) teachers, pastors (technically a deacon or deaconess), ministers, servants and prophets. Which the Word speaks of in Ephesians 4.

Ephesians 4:6-13 (KJV)
6  One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. 7  But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.

8  Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men. 11  And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; 12  For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

13  Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:

Greek Strong’s Number: 652 Apostle

Greek Word: ἀπόστολος Transliteration: apostolos

Vine’s Words: Apostle, Apostleship, Messenger

English Words used in KJV:

apostle 78, messenger 2, he that is sent 1

a delegate; specially an ambassador of the Gospel; officially a commissioner of Christ [“apostle”] (with miraculous powers) :- apostle, messenger, he that is sent.

Greek Strong’s Number: 4396 Prophet

Greek Word: προφήτης Transliteration: prophētēs

English Words used in KJV:

prophet 149

 a foreteller (“prophet”); by analogy an inspired speaker; by extension a poet :- prophet.

Greek Strong’s Number: 2099 Evangelist

Greek Word: εὐαγγελιστής Transliteration: euangelistēs

English Words used in KJV:

evangelist 3

 a preacher of the gospel :- evangelist.

Greek Strong’s Number: 4166 Pastor

Greek Word: ποιμήν Transliteration: poimēn

English Words used in KJV:

shepherd 15,  Shepherd 2, pastor 1

of uncertain affinity; a shepherd (literal or figurative) :- shepherd, pastor.

Greek Strong’s Number: 1320 Teacher

Greek Word: διδάσκαλος Transliteration: didaskalos

English Words used in KJV:

Master (Jesus) 40, teacher 10, master 7, doctor 1

 an instructor (genitive or special) :- doctor, master, teacher.

So, Brothers and Sisters here we see to true Order in the Church, the Fellowship of Body of Christ, as Ordained by God and Understood by His Children at that time.

And as we can see for ourselves the Church of man has twisted this to fit their lust and desires and not the will of God. Picking only those scriptures that fit their desires to rule.

Now it is our responsibility as the Born Again of the Indwelling to uphold God’s Will and establish His Order in the Church, Fellowship of the Body of Christ, by His Will.

Old Covenant vs. New Covenant

Old Covenant vs. New Covenant

Question;

Having the New covenant with us now, how do we use the old covenant? Shall we still be judged basing on the old covenant as well?

Answer;

Jesus was a Jew and thus he had to live by the Laws of Moses, the Old Covenant, and at the same time set the example of the New Covenant of Christ. for the Commandments of the New are built on the Commandments of the Old.

Jeremiah 31:31-34 (KJV)
31  Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: 32  Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD:

33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. 34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

Now we must understand that Jesus Christ is the living Word of God the Alpha and the Omega from beginning to the end.

John 1:1-4, 12-14 (KJV)
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God.

3 All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: 13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

Thus Christ Jesus is the God of both the Old and New Covenants and depending which covenant by which we come to God determines what and how we honor God through our Faith and Obedience.

 For the Jews must honor the Old Covenant, through Moses, and accept Christ as Lord and Savior, the Holy Spirit of God’s Word in the Flesh Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

And the Christians Must honor the Commandments of God but not all of the religious statues of God as written.

Acts 15:1-29 (KJV)

Conflict over Circumcision
1 And certain men which came down from Judaea taught the brethren, and said, Except ye be circumcised after the manner of Moses, ye cannot be saved.

2 When therefore Paul and Barnabas had no small dissension and disputation with them, they determined that Paul and Barnabas, and certain other of them, should go up to Jerusalem unto the apostles and elders about this question. 3 And being brought on their way by the church, they passed through Phenice and Samaria, declaring the conversion of the Gentiles: and they caused great joy unto all the brethren.

4 And when they were come to Jerusalem, they were received of the church, and of the apostles and elders, and they declared all things that God had done with them. 5 But there rose up certain of the sect of the Pharisees which believed, saying, That it was needful to circumcise them, and to command them to keep the law of Moses.

The Jerusalem Council

6 And the apostles and elders came together for to consider of this matter. 7 And when there had been much disputing, Peter rose up, and said unto them, Men and brethren, ye know how that a good while ago God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe. 8 And God, which knows the hearts, bare them witness, giving them the Holy Ghost, even as he did unto us; 9 And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith.

10 Now therefore why tempt ye God, to put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples, which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear? 11 But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they.

12 Then all the multitude kept silence, and gave audience to Barnabas and Paul, declaring what miracles and wonders God had wrought among the Gentiles by them. 13 And after they had held their peace, James answered, saying, Men and brethren, hearken unto me: 14 Simeon hath declared how God at the first did visit the Gentiles, to take out of them a people for his name.
15  And to this agree the words of the prophets; as it is written, 16  After this I will return, and will build again the tabernacle of David, which is fallen down; and I will build again the ruins thereof, and I will set it up: 17  That the residue of men might seek after the Lord, and all the Gentiles, upon whom my name is called, saith the Lord, who doeth all these things. 18 Known unto God are all his works from the beginning of the world.

19 Wherefore my sentence is, that we trouble not them, which from among the Gentiles are turned to God: 20 But that we write unto them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood. 21 For Moses of old time hath in every city them that preach him, being read in the synagogues every sabbath day.

The decision of the Council According to the Holy Spirit

22  Then pleased it the apostles and elders, with the whole church, to send chosen men of their own company to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas; namely, Judas surnamed Barsabas, and Silas, chief men among the brethren: 23  And they wrote letters by them after this manner; The apostles and elders and brethren send greeting unto the brethren which are of the Gentiles in Antioch and Syria and Cilicia:

24  Forasmuch as we have heard, that certain which went out from us have troubled you with words, subverting your souls, saying, Ye must be circumcised, and keep the law: to whom we gave no such commandment: 25  It seemed good unto us, being assembled with one accord, to send chosen men unto you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul, 26  Men that have hazarded their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. 27 We have sent therefore Judas and Silas, who shall also tell you the same things by mouth.

Final Statement

28 For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things; 29 That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.

1 Corinthians 7:17-20New King James Version (NKJV)

17 But as God has distributed to each one, as the Lord has called each one, so let him walk. And so, I ordain in all the churches. 18 Was anyone called while circumcised? Let him not become uncircumcised. Was anyone called while uncircumcised? Let him not be circumcised.

19 Circumcision is nothing and uncircumcision is nothing but keeping the commandments of God is what matters.  20 Let each one remain in the same calling in which he was called.

So as we can see from God’s Word both Jew and Christian must Honor the Commandments and all of His Word according to the Covenant by which they come. Thus both, Christian and Jew, honor all of God’s Word as each one has been commanded according to their Covenant with God. Each person, individually, from the other.

The Establishing and Confirming of the New Covenant of Christ as it is Written

The Establishing and Confirming of the New Covenant of Christ as it is Written

The New Covenant of Christ was established by God through the Prophets Jeremiah And Ezekiel.

Jeremiah 31:33-34 (KJV)
33  But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts (mind), and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
34  And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

Ezekiel 36:25-28 (KJV)
25 Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you. 26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart (understanding) of flesh. 27 And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them. 28 And ye shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; and ye shall be my people, and I will be your God.

Then it was confirmed By Christ and the Apostles.

John 3:3, 5-7 (KJV)

3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

Romans 3:24-26 (KJV)
24  Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
25  Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
26  To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.

1 John 3:9-11 (KJV)

9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remained in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

 10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.

 11 For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.

All to the fulfillment of God’s Prophecy of Salvation through in and by the Holy Spirit of God’s Living Word, Christ Jesus, the Holy Spirit Indwelled.

Revelation 14:14-16 (KJV)
14 And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle.
15 And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe.
16 And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped.

 And all by the Will of God the Father through the Holy Spirit of the Son Christy Jesus His Living Word.

I will show mercy on whom I will show mercy

Exodus 33:19(AKJV)

19 And he said, I will make all my goodness pass before thee, and I will proclaim the name of the Lord before thee; and will be gracious to whom I will be gracious and will show mercy on whom I will show mercy.

Romans 9:15-16(AKJV)

15 For he said to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion. 16 So then it is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that showed mercy.

Romans 9:17-18(AKJV)

17 For the scripture said unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might shew my power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth. 18 Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he hardened.

John 12:44-50 (KJV)
44   Jesus cried and said, He that believeth on me, believeth not on me, but on him that sent me.
45 And he that sees me sees him that sent me. 46 I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.

47 And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world. 48 He that rejects me, and receives not my words, hath one that judges him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.

49 For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak. 50 And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak.

We must understand Salvation is not of Belief but of Grace through Faith and Obedience by the Indwelling of Christ.

Brothers and Sisters, the time is shorter than we think, and we must understand believing alone will not get us salvation. But only if we are Born Again of the Indwelling of the Holy Spirit. Understanding washed by the blood into the Indwelling of Christ means as written;

Romans 3:25 (KJV)

25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness

for the remission of sins that are past,

through the forbearance of God;

Hebrews 10:26-27 (KJV)
26 For if we sin willfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth,

there remains no more sacrifice for sins,

27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.

Why? For it is written when we washed by the Blood we become free of sin;

1 John 3:9-11 (KJV)
9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remains in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.

11 For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.

We are Either with God and Christ or Against God and Christ. There is no middle ground. So, if we do any of these things we are not Born Again and thus no salvation.

Romans 1:17-32 (KJV)
17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. 18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; 19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath showed it unto them.

20  For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: 21  Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. 22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, 23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and four-footed beasts, and creeping things.

24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: 25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.

26  For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: 27  And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, 30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31 Without understanding, covenant breakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:

32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

3 John 1:2 (KJV)
2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospers.

For God and Christ are spirit as our soul and spirit are eternal as God and Christ are. And we must worship Them in Spirit and Truth.

John 4:23-24 (KJV)
23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth:

for the Father seeks such to worship him.

24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

God, the Holy Spirit, or the Flesh, which was Sacrificed?

God, the Holy Spirit, or the Flesh, which was Sacrificed?

John 1:1-4, 14 (KJV)
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God.

3 All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

As we can see from John 1 it was the Word of God, God’s power of creation, by which God manifests Himself unto mankind as Father, Son, Holy Spirit and Holy Spirit Indwelled in the flesh.

This is still God, but not the physical manifestation of His true Spiritual form. For no flesh can hold God’s true spiritual form. And we see the truth in this in the scriptures. For when God appeared unto to Moses in His True Spiritual Form, He was as cloud.

Exodus 33:10-11 (KJV)
10 And all the people saw the cloudy pillar stand at the tabernacle door: and all the people rose up and worshipped, every man in his tent door.
11 And the LORD spoke unto Moses face to face, as a man speaks unto his friend. And he turned again into the camp: but his servant Joshua, the son of Nun, a young man, departed not out of the tabernacle.

For God’s True Form affected Moses physical body.

Exodus 33:19-23 (KJV)
19 And he said, I will make all my goodness pass before thee, and I will proclaim the name of the LORD before thee; and will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show mercy on whom I will shew mercy.
20 And he said, Thou canst not see my face: for there shall no man see me, and live.
21  And the LORD said, Behold, there is a place by me, and thou shalt stand upon a rock:
22  And it shall come to pass, while my glory passes by, that I will put thee in a clift of the rock, and will cover thee with my hand while I pass by:
23  And I will take away mine hand, and thou shalt see my back parts: but my face shall not be seen.

Exodus 34:29-30 (KJV)
29 And it came to pass, when Moses came down from mount Sinai with the two tables of testimony in Moses’ hand, when he came down from the mount, that Moses wist (perceive) not that the skin of his face shone while he talked with him.

And again we see truth in John 1:14;

“And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.”

It is the Word of God, God’s Holy Spirit in the flesh and it was the Flesh (the Blood Sacrifice) which held God presence, His Holy Spirit, that was hung on the cross. Not the True Spiritual presence of God which walked before Moses.

For how can we sacrifice, kill, that which is eternal? We cannot, but we can kill the flesh of Christ, God’s blood sacrifice.

The reason and need for the Baptism by water John’s Baptism unto Repentance

The reason and need for the Baptism by water John’s Baptism unto Repentance

First we have to understand that one of the main reasons for Christ’s Ministry in the Flesh was to set the spiritual example of how we were excepted to walk spiritually while still in the flesh.

Second God made the provision for John the Baptist (Elijah) to come first and prepare the way for Christ and His spiritual Baptism with the Baptism of water unto repentance. Our confession of Faith.

Thus God has set an order of salvation which must be followed;

 Born of God, Born of the Spirit, Born Again unto Salvation

John 3:3, 5-7 (KJV)

3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

Romans 2:28-29 (KJV)

For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:

But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.

Romans 3:19-26 (KJV)

19 Now we know that what things so ever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.

20 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.

21  But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; 22  Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: 23  For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:

25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness

for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;

26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.

Romans 7:5-6 (KJV)

For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death.

But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.

Romans 10:8-10 (KJV)

8 But what said it? The word is near you, even in your mouth, and in your heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;

9 That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and shall believe in your heart that God hath raised him from the dead, you shall be saved.

10 For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Romans 12:1-2 (NKJV)

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

2 Corinthians 3:3-6 (KJV)

Forasmuch as you are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.

And such trust have we through Christ toward God: Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think anything as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God; Who also has made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter kills, but the spirit giveth life.

Ephesians 1:11-14 (KJV)

11 In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will: 12 That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.

13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, 14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.

1 John 4:6-8 (KJV)

6 We are of God: he that knows God hears us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.

7 Beloved let us love one another: for love is of God; and everyone that loveth is born of God and knows God. 8 He that loveth not knows not God; for God is love.

1 John 5:1-6 (KJV)

1 Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and everyone that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him. 2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments.

3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.

4 For whatsoever is born of God overcomes the world: and this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith.

5 Who is he that overcomes the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God? 6 This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that bears witness, because the Spirit is truth.

1 John 5:17-19 (KJV)

17 All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death.

18 We know that whosoever is born of God sins not; but he that is begotten of God keeps himself, and that wicked one touches him not. 19 And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.

So God has established order of salvation First seek His righteousness with a Pure Heart Confess our sins and Repent asking Christ to become our Lord and Savior. Then being judged by God through Christ we are washed by the blood (once for past sins) and Indwelled with His Holy Spirit. Being Born Again by the Indwelling unable to sin again. And all by in and through the Living Word Christ Jesus.

Which bring us to the Great Commission;

Matthew 28:18-20 (KJV)

18 And Jesus came and spoke unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Thus teaching others the order and example set by God through Christ.

Now as to the actual act of confession, repentance and baptism by water. These are our works or deeds of Faith and Obedience unto God’s Will by a Pure Heart. By which God judges our Faith to be righteous in His eyes, and deserving of salvation by the blood and Indwelling. of Christ
