To Understand Salvation We must Understand the Living Word Christ Jesus in the Letter and Spirit.

The Word Spirit and Truth. To Understand Salvation We must Understand the Living Word Christ Jesus in the Letter and Spirit.

John 14:6-7 (KJV)

6  Jesus said unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

7  If you had known me, you should have known my Father also: and from henceforth you know him, and have seen him.

Jesus is the Word in the Letter and the Spirit. And we need both the Letter and the Spirit of the Word for salvation.

Galatians 3:23-29 (KJV)

23 But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed.

24 Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. 25 But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.

Romans 2:28-29 (KJV)

28  For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:

29  But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.

Romans 3:19-20 (KJV)

19  Now we know that what things so ever the law said, it said to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.

20  Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.

Romans 7:5-6 (KJV)

5  For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death. 6  But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.

2 Corinthians 3:3-6 (KJV)

3  Forasmuch as you are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.

4  And such trust have we through Christ to God-ward: 5  Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think anything as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God; 6  Who also has made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter kills, but the spirit gives life.
